This policy explains how Itay Feiner ("we") handles information when you use our WhatsApp assistant and related services.

Information we process

• Your WhatsApp phone number, name and the messages you send to the assistant.
• If you choose to connect them, data from your email and calendar accounts that is needed to perform the tasks you request (for example, reading messages you ask about, creating calendar events, or sending emails on your behalf).
• Reminders and preferences you ask the assistant to store.

How we use it

Only to provide the service you request: answering your messages, managing your calendar and email at your direction, and sending reminders you set. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Requests are processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) and hosted on cloud infrastructure. Google account data is accessed only with your explicit permission via Google OAuth and is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Conversation history and reminders are kept only as long as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect your accounts or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing itayfeiner@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days.

Security

Access tokens and data are stored using encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
